Charo had been saying she wanted to make quesadillas with the left over meat from the chicken stock I made the other day and we finally did. we made some salsa and guacamole earlier before we started the Spanish rice and quesadillas. It was very fun to make and we’re a great team!
(Charo’s addition): The spanish rice was easily the best I’ve ever had. I’m starting to worry that Mike is a better cook than me. It’s messing with my ego.
